August 08th, 2009 – 12th Annual Tennessee Native American Eagle Awards

The Eagle Awards was created in 1998 with the idea of honoring Native American People in Tennessee for their contributions to not only Native Americans but all races of peole.

These People are Hero’s in our eyes.  They do their good works not for any recognition or benefit and we want to honor them for their selfless actions.

We all need these Leaders for their traditional values.  Ones whe are not scared to step up for what they believe in or for what is right.

Nominations are accepect for individuals from all over the state and a panel of judges selects 12 each year to receive an Award.

This is our way to honor them publicly so that others can know what they have done and to let them know that we appreciate and support them.
