Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing the Account Manager is responsible for renewing and growing existing business to compliment PRxNs full product suite. Renews and increases group membership at a profitable margin; performs related work as required or assigned. This is accomplished through telemarketing, attendance at conferences, trade shows and the customers place of business. In addition, the Account Manager also services new and existing customers by answering questions, maintaining ongoing communication and assisting with the implementation process on new accounts as assigned. Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required with a minimum of five years prior account management experience, preferably in either behavioral health, managed care or an insurance environment. Customer service and direct sales experience both highly desirable. Familiarity with contracting a plus. Experience in coordinating detailed service related programs highly recommended. Word processing, spreadsheet and database skills necessary. Knowledge of research tools such as use of the Internet mandatory. Telemarketing for the purpose of lead qualification desired but not mandatory. Ability to work with details, demonstrated follow through ability, and to work both independently and as part of a team as necessary. Must have the ability to travel as needed. 07/21/09

The incumbent participates in classroom activities. Associates (A.A.S.) Degree in early childhood preferred or (1) to three (3) years experience in working with children or groups of children, or a combination of education and experience. Resourceful in using all materials he / she is provided with by the Center. Resourceful in meeting emergencies.
